Former Wyoming Nursing Board President Pleads Not Guilty
The former president of the Wyoming Board of Nursing has entered a plea of not guilty to felony drug charges in Laramie County District Court.
Cynthia Woods of Wheatland is accused of supplying hydrocodone to Eric McVicker, the Chief Financial Officer of the Wyoming Department of Health.
Woods has since resigned her position on the nursing board and is currently free on bond. If convicted she could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. A trial date of Sept. 27 has been set in her case.
