Forage Good on National Elk Refuge, No Supplemental Feeding Yet [AUDIO]

After being stalled for more than two years, the House passes the Farm Bill. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says it is a good first step. Biologists believe forage conditions at the National Elk Refuge remain good enough that supplemental feeding of elk and bison is not required at this time.
