Laramie County 4-H Benefit Bash

Come join us for an evening of food, games, prizes, raffles, silent auction, and Chicken Bingo on Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Archer Building M/K (3967 Archer Parkway, Cheyenne WY 82009). Doors open at 3:00pm with games and the chance to start bidding on items and buying raffle tickets. Dinner will start at 4:00pm, meals choices are Sloppy Joe with salad or chips for $7, two hot dog meal with chips for $4, or one hot dog meal for $3, lemonade and water will be provided. Throughout the evening different baskets will be raffled off, tickets will be available for $1 apiece until the drawing for the basket. At 6:30pm we will raffle off a processed and wrapped 1/2 of beef, the beef is being provided by Loyd Farms and the processing fee is covered by Quarter Circle F Quarter Circle Lone Tree Ranch, Inc., tickets will be available for purchase for $5 until the drawing. There will be free carnival games for kids and we are bringing back the much loved Chicken Bingo, squares will be available for $1 apiece with the winner receiving half of the money for the round.
