The CFD Old West Museum is pleased to announce Art Uncork’d with watercolorist Joy Keown on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
Join us for an evening of instructed painting, hors d’oeuvres, libations and socializing at the CFD Old West Museum. No experience required. Just come, have fun and try something new!
Fees include: Supplies, hors d’oeuvres and libations.

About Joy Keown:
I have always been inspired by the beauty and wonders of nature. Beginning with pencil drawings as a child, my love for nature expressed as art unfolded. I took my first watercolor class in 1986 and have continued to enjoy the versatility of this medium. The way light strikes an object, the pattern of cast shadows, and reflected light make a subject intriguing. The transparency of watercolor allows me to express these subtleties in a painting.
