Additional Information

Once again, Father’s Day is for the birds! Teton Raptor Center presents the 9th annual RaptorFest on Sunday, June 16th. This community celebration of birds of prey will run from 3-6 p.m. at the Snow King Ball Field, just prior to the first JacksonHoleLive! outdoor concert of the season. RaptorFest will offer food, fun, feathers, and festivity for residents and visitors alike, while also supporting Teton Raptor Center’s education, research, and rehabilitation programs.

This unique community event will feature live birds of prey all afternoon. There will be loads of engaging activities for kids of all ages. “The RaptorFest Band” (Laurie Boss, Hank Phibbs, and John Carney), along with the Teton Fiddlers will provide live music during RaptorFest and at 6 p.m. the Futurebirds will kick off JacksonHoleLive!’s first concert, followed by the North Mississippi Allstars.

Admission is $5 and kids 17 and under are free. Guests are encouraged to walk, ride bikes, or take the START Bus to Snow King. All RaptorFest participants are eligible to win the “Dad’s Day Door Prize,” which includes a round of golf and lunch for four at The Barn at Huntsman Springs, season passes at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s Summer Bike Park, and lots of Teton Raptor Center goodies.
