Local Officers Awarded for Work on ‘Operation Shattered Glass’
Law enforcement officers assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force were recently awarded for their work on "Operation Shattered Glass," a 15-month investigation into a multi-state drug ring operation.

According to agency Facebook posts, Laramie County Sheriff's Corporal Ryan Wyskochil and Cheyenne Police Detectives J. Reiber, M. Freeman, C. Sanne, and S. Smith, were among those recognized by the United States Attorney's Office at the Wyoming Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee conference in Lander.
Laramie County Sheriff Brian Kozak says the operation led to 32 arrests in Wyoming and Colorado, 16,385 fentanyl pills, 604 grams of methamphetamine, 64 grams of heroin, four grams of cocaine, and five firearms.
"Many arrested were charged federally and received 24-120 months in federal prison," the posts read.
