Convicted Cheyenne Strangler Wanted for Violating Probation [VIDEO]

The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding 28-year-old Jarrod Toutjian.

"He's wanted on a probation revocation warrant stemming from a 2012 CPD case where he was assaulting his girlfriend and attempted to strangle her," said Lt. Don Hollingshead.

Toutjian is a 5-foot-5 male weighing 135 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.​

Anyone with information on Toutjian's current whereabouts is asked to call the Laramie County Combined Communications Center at (307) 637-6524 or Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS.

"Let's work together Laramie County to get this person off the streets," said Hollingshead.
