Columbus Day Closures For Monday, Oct. 10

All federal and Laramie County offices are closed on Oct. 10 for Columbus Day.

Other closures include the City of Cheyenne Sanitation Department and the Solid Waste Transfer Station. Trash pickup normally slated for Monday took place on Saturday. Only Express Mail is being delivered today by the U.S. Postal Service. The Cheyenne Animal Shelter is open.

The Laramie County Library is open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Today is a staff work day for Laramie County School District#1 but there is no school for students.

Laramie County School District #2 is operating normally, State of Wyoming and City of Cheyenne offices are operating on normal schedule.

The Cheyenne Veterans Affairs medical center is closed except for emergencies. Laramie county Community College is open and on normal schedule today.
