The Cheyenne Street Railway Trolley will kick off its 32nd summer tour season on Monday, May 6.

Darren Rudloff, President and CEO of Visit Cheyenne, says the tours are a fun way to learn about Cheyenne's colorful past.

"These are narrated tours that are a great way for Cheyenne residents to learn about their hometown," said Rudloff. "It's also a great introduction to the community for our tourists and other guests."

"It includes stops at various attractions where people can get off and tour an attraction and catch the trolley on the next time around," he added.

Tours are offered at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. On weekends, there are 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. tours on Saturday, and noon and 2 p.m. tours on Sunday.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 2-12 and can be purchased at the Cheyenne Depot. Visit Cheyenne also offers a $19 "Trolley Plus" ticket, which includes the trolley ride plus paid admittance to three museums.
