Cheyenne Road Closure: Dell Range At Highway 30/East Lincolnway

The Wyoming Department of Transportation says Dell Range Avenue at U.S. Highway 30 and East Lincolnway will close starting today [April 4] at noon for about a week for a construction project.

Traffic will be diverted to the Whitney Intersection during the closure, according to a WYDOT news release.

The closure will allow crews to remove surfacing, place pipe and bring the roadway up to grade with a temporary surface until paving operations can get underway. The work will be done by WYDOT, Aztec Construction and Reiman Corp. crews.

Signs will be posted and flaggers will be directing traffic flow and motorists are being told not to use their cell phones or engage in other distractions in work areas.
