Cheyenne Restaurant To Change Their Name In November
One of Cheyenne's most popular breakfast spots is rebranding this fall. The Egg and I restaurant at 2300 Carey Avenue will be changing their name to Epic Egg! on November 5th.
Franchise owners Mike and Christy Moriarty explained the change in a statement to customers. When the Egg + I chain was sold to Florida's First Watch corporation in 2015, the company gave the Moriartys an option to rebrand their three existing Egg + I franchises in Cheyenne and Greeley, Colorado.
Along with the name change, diners can expect a revamped menu. One thing that won't change will be the staff. Moriarty commended the local management team and has also pledged to donate 1% of sales to local food banks.
The Egg + I chain was founded in Fort Collins in 1987. Both of the Fort Collins franchises will remain the Egg + I and will continue to be operated by First Watch.
