''Strong winds will continue through the first half of Wednesday as mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 30s and lower 40s expected by the afternoon. Thursday will be slightly warmer with mostly sunny skies again, but an increase in cloud cover will be expected in the evening. Looking ahead towards week’s end, temperatures may even warm up into the 60s for the Wyoming High Plains east of the Laramie Range and the Nebraska Panhandle. A quick disturbance looks to push through during the day Saturday with rain and snow showers possible. Heading into early next week, seasonal to slightly above average temperatures look likely.
