The Cheyenne Central boys basketball team had enough talent to make life difficult for everybody they played this season. The Indians had a 7 footer in Lawson Lovering, Cade Burns was 6-7,  the Storebo's, Brock, and Brady went 6-5 and 6-4 respectively. This team won 41 games over the course of the last two seasons and won their first state title since 2016 with a 50-44 win over Thunder Basin on Saturday in Casper.

The Indians outscored the Bolts 12-4 in the 3rd quarter and never looked back. In a strange season, Central showed a lot of perseverance and we talked with Nathanial Talich and Brady Storebo about that coveted championship, as well as coach Tagg Lain.
