The Art Corner Co-Op opens to the public with a three-day grand opening event from September 26th through 28th at 1726 Capitol Avenue. The co-op is open to all adult artists in Wyoming and is working to strengthen the diverse and thriving artists community across the state.The Thursday, September 26, grand opening events are by invitation only from 6 to 9 p.m. The Art Corner Co-Op will be open to the public from 1 to 9 p.m. on Friday, September 27, with food provided by Mitchells BBQ and Catering and drinks courtesy of the Freedom's Edge Brewing Company. There will be a raffle and silent auction plus two live bands playing; Pasadena Crab Sandwich from 5 to 6 p.m. and Harriman Exit between 7 and 9 p.m. Both of these events are free of charge.

The Art Corner Co-Op Grand Opening continues on Saturday, September 28, from 1 to 9 p.m. at 1726 Capitol Avenue. Admission is free until 5 p.m. and then $10 gets you into the evening party featuring live and silent auctions, raffles and food provided by the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant.

Membership in the Art Corner Co-Op allows artists to display and sell their work in the downtown Cheyenne store and will be hosting classes for the community on a range of subjects including the arts and the business of selling art.

The Art Corner's first co-op partnership is with The Arc of Laramie County so proceeds will go toward their mission of promoting and protecting the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
