Central’s Ellie Ferneyhough Signs With Sheridan College

Cheyenne Central multi-sport athlete Ellie Ferneyhough has signed in with Sheridan College for volleyball. She led her team to an appearance in the 4A state tournament in 2019 and also played a big role with the Indian's basketball team.

Ferneyhough was an all-state selection in basketball her senior year, averaging 11 points and 8 rebounds per game. In her junior year, she was a double-digit scorer as well throwing in 11 points along with 6 rebounds per game. Ferneyhough was named all-state in that season as well.

She also competed in track and field, qualifying for the 4A state meet as a junior in the high jump where she placed 14th.
