Casper Events Center to Get New Lighting [AUDIO]

The Sweetwater County Sheriff's Department says carbon monoxide poisoning has killed a Utah father and his son who were camping at Flaming Gorge Reservoir. The Casper City Council has signed off on plans to update the lighting system at the Casper Events Center.
