Cheyenne City Council President Rocky Case says a newly-produced digital receipt  (shown below) from Cheyenne Mayor Marian Orr shows the mayor indeed did pay for a taxi ride from a company called ''Relax N' Go" at the Detroit Airport last year.

But he says there are still a lot of unanswered questions about various spending issues, and he says many of them could have been answered had missing receipts been provided for various purchases.

Case had previously said someone had apparently paid for a massage using a city credit card at the Detroit Airport.

A google search of ''Relax n' Go'' turns up a mobile spa and massage company with outlets across the country. But Google shows neither that company nor a taxi company by that name in Detroit. A ''Relax And Ride" taxi company does show up for Detroit in a Google search, but the expense report lists the company as ''Relax N' Go."

Case issued this statement on his Ward III Facebook page:

''I am happy that the mayor produced a receipt that shows this transaction was actually a taxi ride. This highlights the necessity of itemized vendor receipts being attached to each and every transaction. Had this been attached in the initial expense report, A controversy could have been avoided. I look forward to seeing the rest of the missing receipts, and helping to craft legislation demanding that itemized receipts be attached in order for payment to be processed."
