Application Deadline is Friday for Non-Resident Elk Hunters

Non-resident hunters are reminded that only a few days remain to apply for elk licenses. Wyoming Game and Fish Department spokesman Al Langston says the application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Jan. 31st.

Applications must be made by 5:00 p.m. on that date to be included in the drawing. Langston says hunters should note that applications must be submitted online and hunters must have their selection in the shopping cart before 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date. After 5:00 p.m., the application field for nonresident elk on the website is deactivated and the system will not take applications after that time.
