Almost 400 Family Dollars To Close, Will That Affect Wyoming?

As of right now, there are 28 cities/towns with Family Dollar stores in Wyoming.

Big changes are coming to Family Dollar, as 390 stores will be shut down nationwide in 2019, according to 19 News.  There are some positives out of this, 200 of those stores will be changed into a Dollar Tree.  Of the Family Dollars that will remain open, 1,000 of them will get remodeled.  Dollar Tree Inc. is the parent company to Dollar Tree and Family Dollar.

Currently, there are 15,237 stores in 48 states and parts of Canada.

In totality, Wyoming has 31 Family Dollar stores.  Here are the cities/towns and how many each has:
