You remember the commercials from the 80's showing the bunny clucking like a chicken and showing you the inside of a Cadbury Creme Egg? Not anymore. As a result of a settlement from the Hershey's Company, Let's Buy British Imports, or L.B.B., agreed to stop importing all Cadbury's Chocolate made overseas. The company will also stop imports of Kit Kat candy bars made in Brittan.

Much has to do with the way the candy bars are packages, resembling packages of candy made here in the U.S. such as Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and York Peppermint Patties.

They were also importing candy bars that were not intended for sale, which infringed upon trademark and licensing rites.

Nicky Perry, who owns Tea & Symphony in Manhattan, stated that she doesn't know how her company will survive, as she depended upon the Cadbury's and other English chocolate brands.
