Wyoming Tribes Seeking Comment on Wind River Canyon Scenic Byway Proposal [AUDIO]

A special house committee investigating state schools Superintendent Cindy Hill has narrowed its focus. The Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapahoe Department of Transportation are taking public comment on the final draft of the Wind River Canyon Scenic Byway Corridor Management Program.
