According to a new study, Wyoming is one of the most dangerous states to celebrate Independence Day.

Wyoming ranked as the 9th most dangerous state behind Oklahoma, Idaho, Kansas, Washington, California, Arizona, and Oregon. Delaware was the safest state in the study. Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and West Virginia rounded out the five safest states.

The report cited wildfires and drunk driving as the biggest Independence Day safety hazards. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety estimates the 4th of July is the second deadliest day of the year for drivers.
