Slow down, move over. Not only is it common sense and common courtesy, it is the law in Wyoming.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol recently released dashcam footage of a vehicle that crashed after striking a tow truck that was assisting a vehicle that had slid off of the road southeast of Casper.

The incident occurred April 24th near mile post 179.50 on I-25 southeast of Casper. WHP's Facebook post states " Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper Mike Gray was assisting motorists who had slid off the interstate when the white pickup struck a tow truck that was parked behind Trooper Gray. Thankfully, the driver of the white pickup was buckled up and sustained only minor injuries with no one else hurt from the crash."

The Wyoming Highway Patrol urge drivers to pay close attention when encountering emergency vehicles alongside the roadways. "Slow down, move over. Not only is it common sense and common courtesy, it is the law in Wyoming."
