The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is looking for kids interested in participating in the second season of their  TV series, Wyoming’s Call of the Wild, to begin filming in the state in 2012.  The show will premiere in 2013. The department is teaming up with Orion Entertainment, the leading producer of outdoors TV, to find kids age 14 and older to feature on each episode. Through the kids chosen to appear in the series, viewers will see how they are motivated to become lifelong participants in hunting and fishing and other outdoor activities.

Kids interested in applying to be on the show can attend “casting calls” in Casper and Cheyenne in April to meet with producers and representatives of the WGFD. They can also apply online at callofthewildtv.com. The Casper casting call will be held at the Casper Sportsmans Warehouse store on April 6 from 1:00 to 7:00. The Cheyenne casting call will be at Frontier Mall on April 7 from 1:00 to 7:00.
