Film crews from the Lifetime Channel are in Wyoming this week, following three members of the Jackson Police Department. Their profile of Sgt. Michelle Weber and officers Ashley Blair and Mary Vande Kieft will be part of the upcoming documentary series Women on Patrol.

According to Buckrail, the show will feature female police officers across the country on the job and at home, revealing the sacrifices they make in both their professional and personal lives.

"We appreciate this opportunity to highlight these outstanding public servants and their contributions to our community," the Jackson Hole Police Department said in a statement.

Women On Patrol is the latest project for Big Fish Entertainment, which has produced programming for several cable networks, including A+E, Discovery, MTV, National Geographic, and VH1. The show is expected to premiere in 2019.
