Wyoming Contractors Not Bidding On Pipeline Project [AUDIO]
Some Wyoming contractors say the requirements for bidding on a $7 million dollar pipeline project near Cody barred them from trying to win the job. Doug Randall reports. Senator John Barrassso (R-WY) says the Senate Energy Committee has endorsed a bill that would amend the current ski-only permitting rules for ski areas on U.S. Forest Service land.
