Wire Stolen from Laramie County Trucking Company

The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding whoever stole $2,700 worth of wire from Bar-S Trucking.

Lt. Don Hollingshead says the theft occurred sometime between 6 p.m. on August 11 and 11 a.m. on August 12.

"They stole quite a large quantity of very heavy-gauge electrical wiring that was used to power the trailers out there on the property," said Hollingshead.

"Not only did they take the wire, but in taking it they also caused about $1,000 worth of damage," Hollingshead added.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
