It was 52 years ago today that the nation lost her 35th President of the United States. Much controversy has surrounded the death of President John F. Kennedy.

It was November 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas at about 12:30 p.m. that the President's motorcade was attacked by gun fire. President John F. Kennedy was shot and killed by, whom many believe to be, Lee Harvey Oswald.

Many kids, throughout the decades, have been asked by their teachers exactly where they or there parents were on the day that President Kennedy was killed.
