Warmest Summer on Record in Southeast Wyoming [AUDIO]

A Montana man convicted of kidnapping a Wyoming woman and forcing her to drive him to Montana has been sentenced to 31 to 50 years in prison. Doug Randall reports. Cheyenne based meteorologist Don Day says despite the record setting warm summer this year in southeast Wyoming, early indications are pointing towards a fairly average winter this year.
