Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says event though agriculture has been the second leading money maker for the national economy, it's losing political clout. Several Wyoming firms have been chosen to provide architect/engineering services for a major upgrade to the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences facilities at the University of Wyoming.
