Vet Who Shot Cat Has Wyoming Ties

You have no doubt seen the photo that has gone viral, of the Texas veterinarian who shot what she described as a feral cat with a bow and arrow. But there is a Wyoming connection.

The veterinarian's name is Kristen Lindsay, and although the incident happened in Brenham, Texas, she is originally from Greybull.

And the family member who was visiting at the time, and took the picture, is her mother, Becky Lindsay, who is also the Big Horn County Treasurer.

In her original Facebook post, Kristen Lindsay said the cat was feral, but it was discovered to actually belong to a neighbor.

Kristen Lindsay has lost her job with a clinic, and there may be further action involving her license.
