USFWS Completes Black-Footed Ferret Safe Harbor Agreement [AUDIO]

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has completed a black-footed ferret Programmatic Safe Harbor Agreement in cooperation with state, tribal, federal and local partners in 12 states. Landowners participating in the USDA's Conservation Program will soon receive their payments which were delayed by the government shutdown.
