U.W. and Albany County Spar Over Property Taxes [AUDIO]

A former marine sergeant from Pennsylvania, is accused of killing a man at a Natrona County night club. The University of Wyoming and Albany County are in disagreement about whether a campus apartment development should be subjected to local property taxes.
