U.S. Rig Count Up/Wyoming lost a Rug

A nationwide study finds state governments lack transparency and accountability to citizens, and remain at high risk for corruption. Doug Randall reports.  The number of rigs actively exploring for oil and natural gas in the U.S.  was up by eleven last week.  Wyoming lost a rig though.
