UPDATE: Trustee Says Call Raises Uplift Questions (AUDIO)

Laramie County School District One Trustee Sandy Shanor says a call she placed to an organization that has agreed to act as ombudsman for bullying issues for the district raises some troubling questions. Shanor says the person answering the call to Uplift told her the number is only answered between 8am and 4:30 pm. She says the person answering the call also told her that Uplift is in the process of applying for grant money to deal with bullying issues, but said those programs are not yet functional. . Shanor says she placed the call to the Uplift office Tuesday morning  just prior to going on The Morning Zone with Dave Chaffin to discuss what's happening at the district..
