RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) — A judge has set a Feb. 10 trial date for the last defendant in the 2011 killing of two people in Hudson.

However, attorneys for 17-year-old Jude Blackburn have asked the Wyoming Supreme Court to take another look at the case, raising the possibility of another delay.

Blackburn has pleaded not guilty to nine charges, including two counts of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.

Blackburn was among five people charged in the deaths of Eric Clinton Likes and his girlfriend, Elva Charlotte Quiver, in November 2011. The other four have been convicted of various charges and sentenced to prison.

The Associated Press reports that Blackburn was 15 years old at the time.

Blackburn remains in custody. His bond is set at $1 million cash.
