Three local men involved in a January armed robbery in Cheyenne pleaded not guilty to charges in Laramie County District Court.

Twenty-eight year old Kevin Lewis is charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Twenty year old Terence James is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Nineteen year old Issac James is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. The trial date for all three is June 10th. Court documents say that on January 10th, Issac James and Kevin Lewis allegedly walked into Advance America at 3709 East Lincolnway in Cheyenne, showed an employee a cigarette lighter that looked like a gun and took over $1700 in cash. Terence James said he didn't take part in the robbery but was aware of it.

Terence James and Lewis are also suspects in a robbery of the Fairfield Inn in Laramie on January 1st. Authorities say they may also be tied to robberies in several other cities.
