Tops in Blue is comprised of a diverse group of talented active duty personnel, including vocalists, musicians, dancers, comedians and magicians. Tops in Blue was founded in 1953 by Major Al Reilly (retired as a Colonel) via the Air Force Worldwide Talent Contest to recognize talented airmen in various performance categories. His idea was to discover the highest caliber of entertainment and provide it for Air Force families throughout the world, thus the phrase “family entertaining family” was first adopted.
