Today in The Morning Zone, we will focus on issue that effect our economy and small business, starting at 7:07AM MDT with our Watchdog on Wall Street, Chris Markowski. Chris will dissect those things that are happening now on the financial scene, including the ongoing battle in Washington to balance the budget and decrease the deficit.

In this time of economic recovery, IER believes enacting  legislation will open up domestic production, thus creating jobs, lowering energy prices, and generating hundreds of billions of revenue for the federal government.  At 7:37 Thomas J. Pyle, President of the Institute for Energy Research, “The simple truth is that virtually the entire federal energy and environmental permitting regime is designed to enrich lawyers and environmental activists, empower federal bureaucrats, and impoverish the United States and her citizens.”

At 8:07, Anya Peterson-Frey, Southeast Regional Director of  Wyoming Entrepreneur.biz or WyEn.biz, will be back for her regular monthly visit along with Susan Jerke.  Anya’s counterpart in the Gillette area with her specialty in Sustainable Business.  She will be discussing “sustainability” with us and sharing a grant program she is heading.
