The Five Coolest Kilts At Cheyenne’s Celtic Fest

If you were at the Cheyenne Depot this weekend for the 10th annual Celtic Music and Arts Festival, you probably saw more men wearing kilts than you would if you actually took a trip to Scotland.

We were there on Friday night and all day Saturday, and here's our completely subjective list of the Five Coolest Kilts at Celtic Fest 2015.
