Wyoming snow pack down

A report released Tuesday says that hydrologists are predicting below average runoff this year, because of a lack of snow so far this winter.  Doug Randall reports. Laramie County Representative Bryan Pederson, a member of the Wyoming Legislature's Joint  Appropriations Committee, says he believes the committee is trying to balance the needs of state agencies with the uncertainty of what the state's long term revenue picture will be.
