CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — An interim legislative committee is recommending taking away some duties of the state school superintendent and the Education Department. The Select Committee on Education Accountability on Wednesday recommended legislation that transfers a number of education accountability duties from the Wyoming Education Department to the state Board of Education.
