Doug Randall reports. Raising Wyoming's gasoline tax as well as increasing vehicle registration fees and driver's license fees were among the proposals reviewed by the Wyoming Legislature's Joint Revenue, and  Transportation, Highways and Military Affairs Interim Committees, during a joint meeting in Cheyenne Tuesday.
