As Wyoming lawmakers continue to struggle with a state budget, a trio of leading house Democrats say they are concerned about basic services not being funded.
Lawmakers had questions about several items in the governor's proposed budget including pay raises for state employees, more money for local governments and additional money for roads.
Governor Matt Mead is urging lawmakers not to cut his proposed $3.4 billion dollar state budget for the fiscal period that starts next July and runs through June 2014. Doug Randall reports.
