Insurance Commissioner Tom Hirsig is reminding Wyomingites that Medicare’s Open Enrollment Period began October 15 and continues through December 7, 2012. In most cases you will not be able to change Prescription Drug Plan options outside the open enrollment period; therefore, you should take the time to carefully review your Medicare benefits and options now.

The Wyoming Secretary of State's office and the Wyoming Insurance Department have issued a warning about a new automated phone scam that says the Secretary of State's office has released information that shows residents may be eligible for changes to their auto insurance. Federal prosecutors say they are working on a plea deal for a Utah man suspected of robbing banks in Wyoming, Oklahoma and other states. Doug Randall reports.
