12 States Have Very High Obesity Rates [AUDIO]

A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows 12 states now have very high obesity rates. Amy Richards reports. Wyoming's unemployment covered payroll increased by $78.2 Million in the fourth quarter of 2011, according to David Bullard, Senior Economist with the Research and Planning Division of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. Workforce Services Hosting a Job Fair In Casper [AUDIO]

Commercial red meat production in Wyoming during June totaled 400,000 pounds, according to the Wyoming field office of the National Agricultural Statistics Service. Doug Randall has the details. Heart Stress-Test Radiation Concerns [AUDIO]

Heart disease kills roughly 1 in four state residents. Dr. Martha Gulati says that while using imaging with heart stress-testing can be a cost-effective and effective test for heart problems, she is concerned about exposing patients to radiation without considering the consequences. Wyoming’s Unemployment Rate Down Again

Wyoming's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate decreased from 5.3% in April to 5.2% in May.

David Bullard, Senior Economist with the Research & Planning section of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, says the state's  jobless rate was considerably lower than its May 2011 level of 6.0% and the current U.S. rate of 8.2%. Bullard says Seasonally adjusted employment of Wyoming residents increased by 927 individuals.
