Luca Technologies has laid off nine Gillette based workers and has temporarily shut down its coal-bed methane wells in the Powder River Basin. Doug Randall has the details. The Wyoming Community College Commission met last week in Casper to discuss ways to meet Governor Matt Mead's directive to all state agencies to come up with budgets reflecting a possible eight percent cut.
