LCCC: Tech Programs Needed For Employee Training

A spokeswoman for Laramie County Community College says a proposed new Flex-Tech Building on the college's Cheyenne Campus would help train students in the skills employers need.

Lisa Murphy says the building would house programs to train workers in the skills needed by southeast Wyoming employers such as Holly Frontier, Microsoft  or numerous other companies needing employees with specialized technical skills

Community Colleges Preparing For Budget Cuts [AUDIO]

Luca Technologies has laid off nine Gillette based workers and has temporarily shut down its coal-bed methane wells in the Powder River Basin. Doug Randall has the details.
