Undersecretary of Agriculture Harris Sherman says the Land Management Planning Rule, signed Friday, gives guidelines for how National Forests and Grasslands should be managed. Officials: Boating Accident Result of Heart Attack [AUDIO]

Karen Snyder reports that the investigation continues into the cause of a well site explosion north of Glenrock. Officials say a man involved in a fatal boating accident on the North Fork of the Shoshone River in Northern Wyoming last week, actually died of a heart attack. Doug Randall reports.
