The ceremony for Meyer will include a wreath-laying by Governor Matt Mead as well as remarks by several state officials. The Western Area Power Administration is seeking public comment on the draft environmental impact statement for Shell Wind Energy's proposed Hermosa West Wind Energy Project in Albany County.
